current equipments to support IPv6.

This enables the use of existing IPv4 as well as the new
IPv6 addressing.

Customers are offered 'one single block'
of IPv6 address (/48) which is equivalent to 2 to the
power of 80 number of addresses.

to 'second-opinion' approval from Arcnet6 and APNIC.
